I represent residential properties predominately throughout Ventura County with occasional sales in the western end of Los Angeles County.

Over 40 years of sales & management experience in marketing, leasing and property management of single family residential properties. I also teach the state licensing requirement course for new licensees.

As a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, I feel that it is important to maintain a competitive edge by consistently learning new strategies for marketing and staying current with the legal aspects of our industry. 

Prior to joining Compass I was the Branch Manager for one of Ventura county’s leading real estate brokerage company with over 95 Realtor associates & staff in 3 offices including the property management division.  Jeff was instrumental in leading his team to being the highest per-person production office in the region and improving profit for the offices he managed.
