Tribute Bands Bring a Big Crowd

The Conejo Recreation and Park District’s 2014 Summer Concerts in the Park series came to a closing on Labor Day Monday with a rousing performance by top Led Zeppelin tribute band, Led Zepagain.  Held at the Conejo Community Park in Thousand Oaks this 5 show series is always a hit with local residents and offers young and old a chance to enjoy free music, a picnic and beautiful weather in a natural amphitheater like setting.  My best estimate was there were about 1500-2000 in attendance.  Special thanks go to the Thousand Oaks Acorn Newspaper for sponsoring this event.
Led Zepagain, the only Led Zeppelin tribute band endorsed by Jimmy Page himself, recreates the ultimate Zeppelin concert experience, including high-energy electric classics, beautiful acoustic works, soaring leads on the double-neck guitar, brilliant keyboard passages, Robert Plant screams, and trademark pounding rhythms.  Part of the SoCal music scene since the ’90s, Led Zepagain  has a Facebook fan base of 300,000+ and is one of the West Coast’s most popular tribute acts.

I can’t wait to see who plays here next year!
